Born and raised in Lodi, Sheri Aguilar's roots run deep in the Central Valley. With over two decades of experience serving clients and agents in the heart of California, she has cultivated an unrivaled understanding of the region's real estate landscape. Since 2003, Sheri has been a guiding force for those seeking a career in Real Estate in the Central Valley and Foothills, infusing her wealth of knowledge into every mentorship. In 2020, Sheri welcomed her daughter into the fold, creating a dynamic duo that thrives on providing unparalleled service to their valued team. Grounded in a commitment to community and education, Sheri and her team set themselves apart by offering an elevated real estate experience that prioritizes both the needs of their clients and the betterment of the neighborhoods they serve. Sheri's dedication to her craft has not gone unnoticed. In 2019, she was honored with the prestigious title of Realtor of the Year. However, her influence extends beyond accolades, as she has served as the Board President of the Lodi Association of Realtors in 2013 and currently holds positions as a California Association of Realtors Director and sits on the Investment Housing Committee. Outside the realm of real estate, Sheri is an active participant in her Church and community. She volunteers her time and expertise on various committees within the local Chamber of Commerce, Love Lodi, ABCD Love Your Block initiatives, and hosts an annual Super Hero Pumpkin Patch to benefit area foster children. She also enjoys quilting, repurposing vintage salvage items, raising her dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and horses. Sheri's journey to success has been enriched by diverse experiences. Having earned a BA in Christian Counseling during her ten-year tenure with a local ministry she brings a unique perspective to her interactions with clients and team, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and strong communication. This combined with her early years of being a single mom raising two children taught her that she was stronger than she knew. Family lies at the heart of Sheri's achievements. She is a proud mother, a doting grandmother, and a partner to an incredible husband who is also involved in the industry as a Property Manager. Together with her team they infuse their business with the warmth and dedication that comes naturally to a family-operated enterprise.
